A Paradigm is a set of assumptions, concepts, values, beliefs and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community.
This is an interesting and humourous look at how a Paradigm is created. It’s cute and it’s funny but it explains well why people find safety in conformity and in joining the proverbial bandwagon....
